Hello, my name is Louie Ruiz and I am the founder of Superior Washing Services based in Nashville, TN. We wash windows, power wash homes, clean gutters and remove black streaks from roofs. We use our exclusive soft wash methods for removing the blue algae (black streaks) that are feeding on the limestone in your shingles.

We service a wide array of people, from the not-so-young lady in a single-wide trailer to your average ranch home owned by the local fireman, to those multimillion-dollar estates with a helicopter pad in the backyard. We even service commercial accounts from small storefronts to those large seven-story buildings. I started this company several years ago after my parents had a bad experience with a reputable and well-known window cleaning company. The company did a nice job on the windows and power washing for the most part, and for the best price. However, they broke a sentimental item and left a few pressure stripes on the exterior of the house.

After a phone call, the company admitted to the mistakes but said their jobs are priced in a manner where employees need to hurry to turn a profit. The problem with that model is it often leads to preventable mistakes and accidents. My parents were compensated for the broken item but the company would not repair the stripes on the home.

I believe there is a better way. Commissions and turning a profit are not more important than the hard work and love my parents put into their largest investment, their home.
